SALON POLICIES

Your appointment has been reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to every guest, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or missed(no-showed) without the required notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the card on file. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment start time you may be asked to reschedule. 

If a deposit was required to secure your appointment, it will become non-refundable if the appointment falls outside of our cancellation policy.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will always do our best to extend grace when appropriate. This policy allows us to respect the time of our professionals while also offering availability to other clients.
